This offer requires a twenty-four (24) month wireless service commitment with Nexoria Wireless, a DBA of Nexoria Enterprise (“Nexoria”), beginning on the date of purchase. Service charges are billed monthly by Nexoria at the then-current price of the selected plan. If service ends before the 24-month commitment is complete, an early termination fee applies equal to the plan’s monthly price multiplied by the number of months remaining (for example, $348.00 on a $29.00 plan with 12 months remaining), decreasing each month to $0 after 24 months, as set forth in Section 26 of the Terms of Service. Upgrades to a higher-priced plan are permitted at any time; downgrades are not permitted during the commitment.

Device financing is provided solely by Klarna Inc. and its lending partners, Afterpay US, Inc. or Zip Co US Inc. where selected (together, the “Financing Provider”), not by Nexoria. Nexoria is not a lender, does not make credit decisions, and does not approve, decline, or determine the terms, rates, or eligibility of any financing application. All financing decisions, terms, APR (0–35.99%), payment schedules and collections are determined by the Financing Provider under the customer’s separate agreement with Klarna, Afterpay or Zip. The financing agreement with Klarna, Afterpay or Zip is separate from and independent of the Nexoria service commitment; payments owed to Klarna, Afterpay or Zip are not paid to or through Nexoria, and cancelling Nexoria service does not cancel or reduce any amount owed to Klarna, Afterpay or Zip.

The $10.00 upfront phone payment, first month of service and $15.00 shipping are collected by Nexoria only after approval by Klarna, Afterpay or Zip. If both Klarna, Afterpay and Zip decline, or the Nexoria payment is not completed within twenty-four (24) hours of approval, the order is cancelled and any financing payment is cancelled or refunded. Approval is not guaranteed. Network coverage and speeds vary by location and are not guaranteed. Wireless service activation is subject to eligibility and the Terms of Service. Klarna, Afterpay and Zip may charge late fees, interest and other charges under their own terms, and may report payment activity to credit bureaus; those amounts are owed to the Financing Provider, not Nexoria. Nexoria service charges not paid when due may result in suspension or termination of service under the Terms of Service, and termination during the 24-month commitment triggers the early termination fee. Not all customers will be approved; the Financing Provider may approve a lower amount, a different plan type (such as 4 payments over 6 weeks), or decline.
