No service or SOS only

Work through these checks before contacting Customer Service.

1. Restart your phone. Toggle airplane mode on briefly, then off. Check that your physical SIM is seated or that your eSIM profile is installed and enabled.

2. Sign in to confirm account and line status. Pending activation, a pending transfer or a suspended line can affect service. Do not assume a payment or submitted activation has already restored service.

3. Confirm the device is approved for the network and carrier-unlocked. Ask your previous carrier about unlocking.

4. Use automatic network selection if recommended in your supplied setup instructions. Try another location, especially outdoors, and check Nexoria service notices.

5. ZIP checks and maps cannot guarantee service at a particular address or indoors. Ask Customer Service to review your exact location and device.

6. If still disconnected, use another phone or a reliable Wi-Fi connection to reach Customer Service. Do not delete your eSIM or reset your phone without support guidance. For an emergency, dial 911 directly using an available phone.
