Transfer Your Number
Effective date: September 28, 2026 · Last updated: September 28, 2026
You can keep your current phone number when you switch to Nexoria Wireless.
What you need
- Your current phone number and carrier name
- The account number with your current carrier
- The account PIN or transfer PIN from that carrier
- The billing name and address on that account
How long it takes
Most wireless-to-wireless transfers finish within a few hours. Landline or cable-phone numbers can take several business days. Your old service stays active until the transfer completes.
Important
- Do not cancel your old service first — cancelling can release the number
- The number must be in the Nexoria service area to transfer
- Any balance owed to your old carrier remains your responsibility
Starting a transfer
Buy a plan and our team will walk you through the transfer during activation.
Ask your current carrier for the correct account number, transfer PIN and billing details through its official account tools or customer service. A transfer PIN may be different from your account password.
Contact Customer Service first to arrange a secure, approved way to submit your carrier account number and transfer PIN. Do not place account numbers, passwords or transfer PINs in ordinary support messages. The general support form is not a secure transfer-credential submission method.
If your transfer is delayed, keep your old service active and check your Nexoria account status. Contact Customer Service with the affected phone number, current carrier, device model, when you submitted the request and any non-sensitive error. Do not start repeated transfer requests unless support advises you to.
For transfer questions, use the Contact page or call Customer Service.
