Privacy Policy

• We do not sell your personal information for money.
• We share information only as reasonably necessary to provide service, process transactions, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, comply with law, and work with the service providers who help us operate.
• We protect Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) as required by federal law and FCC rules.
• Marketing and affiliate cookies load only if you accept them.

• Account and contact information: name, service and shipping addresses, email address, telephone number, account number, account PIN, and login details.
• Service application identity information: full legal name, address, contact phone, email, Social Security number and date of birth supplied through our secure service application. Application identity details are encrypted at rest and restricted to the Owner and explicitly approved administrators with multi-factor authentication. They are not provided to advertising networks, dealers or our AI assistant.
• Billing and transaction records: orders, invoices, payment status, and the last digits and type of a payment card. Nexoria does not store complete payment-card numbers; card and bank details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor.
• Device and SIM/eSIM information: device make and model, IMEI, SIM ICCID, eSIM details, and compatibility-check results.
• Service usage and network information: call, message, and data records, and other network-related information generated in providing service.
• Support communications: support requests, chat messages, and calls to our Customer Service line, which may be answered and transcribed by our AI assistant, Dumok AI.
• Website information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referral source (such as an affiliate link).
• Business accounts: organization details, authorized contacts, and procurement information provided in quotes.

Some information created through your telecommunications relationship with us — such as the services you use, how and when you use them, call details, and billing amounts — is Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). Federal law and FCC regulations require us to protect CPNI.

• We use CPNI to provide and bill for service, protect our network and customers from fraud, and as otherwise permitted by law.
• We do not use CPNI for unrelated purposes unless permitted by law or you have given the required authorization.
• We require identity verification before discussing CPNI by phone, chat, or in our systems, and we may notify you of certain account changes.
• You may restrict our use of your CPNI for marketing at any time by contacting us; this does not affect your service.

Service activation and number porting; customer support; billing and account administration; fraud prevention and identity verification; network operations; order fulfillment and shipping; legal and regulatory compliance; security; service improvement; affiliate and referral crediting; and communicating with you about your account, orders, and (where permitted) offers.

We share information only to the extent reasonably necessary for these providers to perform services for Nexoria or to meet legal obligations. They include:

• Network partners and activation platforms that carry and provision your service;
• Payment processors and financing / buy-now-pay-later providers (these providers may collect information directly from you under their own privacy policies);
• Shipping and fulfillment providers, and device manufacturers for warranty service;
• Cloud hosting, database, email-delivery, and technology providers;
• Customer-support and communications providers, including our AI phone-line provider;
• Fraud-prevention and identity-verification providers;
• Affiliate and referral networks, which receive order identifiers and order values (not payment details) to credit referring partners;
• Professional advisers such as accountants, auditors, and attorneys.

Submitting a service application does not approve financing or authorize a credit inquiry. No financing-partner application connection is currently enabled. If you later choose to apply for device financing, we will identify the partner and obtain the required authorization before securely sharing the information needed for its approval decision.

Nexoria does not sell personal information for monetary compensation. If you accept marketing cookies, affiliate networks may place cookies to record that you arrived through a referral link. You can decline these cookies and still use the site and buy service.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, subpoenas, warrants, court orders, lawful government requests, and regulatory obligations; to investigate fraud; to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, Nexoria, or others; to respond to emergencies; or to protect network security. Information may also transfer as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, multi-factor authentication for staff, and audit logging. No electronic system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information.

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for business, regulatory, tax, fraud-prevention, contractual, litigation, security, and legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it.

Service application records may be preserved for legitimate audits, legal obligations and valid legal process. A legal hold may extend retention for the affected records. A possible future subpoena alone does not mean every applicant’s identity information must be kept indefinitely. Records remain access-restricted during retention.

• Essential: sign-in session storage, your cookie choice, and site preferences (such as language and dismissed pop-ups). These are needed for the site to work.
• Checkout: payments are completed on our payment processor’s secure hosted page, which uses its own cookies for security and fraud prevention.
• Marketing and affiliate (optional): tracking from our affiliate networks, loaded only after you select “Accept marketing cookies.” If you decline, they are not loaded.
• Advertising measurement (Google Ads): when you complete an order, we tell Google Ads that a purchase happened, with the order reference, total and currency, so we can measure our ads. Google may use cookies and your device and browsing information for this. Visitors in the EEA, UK, Switzerland and Canada are measured only after accepting; elsewhere it runs unless you decline. You can change or withdraw your choice anytime: Cookie settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, and to opt out of certain uses, subject to applicable law and exceptions (for example, records we must keep for billing, tax, or legal reasons). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

To submit a request, send a support request from your account or use the Contact page and select privacy. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.

Our website and wireless services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The effective and last-updated dates above show when it last changed, and we will give notice of material changes where required by law.
