Acceptable Use Policy

Nexoria service is provided for normal personal or business use on the device associated with the account, primarily in the United States, by the customer of record and their authorized users.

• Fraud, identity theft, or use of false account information
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Robocalling, auto-dialing, or prerecorded calls in violation of law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act
• Unlawful automated or bulk text messaging
• Harassment, threats, stalking, or abuse — including toward Nexoria staff
• Impersonation of any person or organization, or caller-ID spoofing for unlawful purposes
• Any illegal activity, or transmitting illegal content
• Unauthorized resale, rerouting, or bridging of Nexoria service to third parties
• Network abuse, including excessive automated or machine-to-machine usage not permitted by your plan
• Interference with networks, equipment, or other customers’ service
• Security attacks, unauthorized access attempts, or distributing malware
• Attempts to circumvent plan limits, hotspot restrictions, or network management (for example, SIM swapping into unapproved devices to avoid plan terms)
• Continuous unattended data use as a substitute for fixed home broadband, unless your plan allows it
• Any other conduct that could harm customers, Nexoria, or our service partners

We may investigate suspected violations and may limit speeds, suspend, or terminate service. Where practical and required by law we contact the customer first. Serious, unlawful, or repeated violations may result in immediate suspension or termination, and we may cooperate with law enforcement and our network partners.
