Acceptable Use Policy

Nexoria service is sold for normal personal or business use on the device associated with the account, in the United States, by the customer of record.

• Illegal activity, fraud, or harassment
• Unauthorized access to networks, devices, or accounts
• Sending unsolicited bulk messages or automated dialing spam
• Reselling, rerouting, or bridging Nexoria service to third parties
• Continuous unattended data streaming used as a substitute for fixed broadband
• Use of the service primarily outside the United States

Nexoria may limit speeds, suspend, or terminate service for violations. Where practical we contact the customer first. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination without credit.
