Network Management Policy
Nexoria service is delivered over a nationwide 5G and 4G LTE host network. This page explains how traffic is managed.
Data prioritization
To keep the network usable for everyone, Nexoria customers may see slower speeds than the host network's own customers during times and places of network congestion. This applies to all Nexoria plans.
High-speed data allowances
Each plan includes a monthly high-speed data allowance. Treatment after that allowance is used is subject to final carrier approval and will be published before activation in the applicable service terms and FCC broadband consumer label.
Video streaming
Video may be optimized for streaming on a mobile screen. Resolution limits for each plan are stated on the plan detail and in the broadband consumer label.
Mobile hotspot
Hotspot and tethering terms are awaiting written carrier confirmation. Nexoria Wireless will not advertise or activate hotspot terms until the final service terms and FCC broadband consumer label are available.
Roaming and international use
Roaming and international service terms are not yet confirmed. Final details will be published before activation and reflected in the applicable service terms and FCC broadband consumer label.
