Shipping Policy

How Nexoria Wireless devices and SIM cards are shipped once ordering opens.
Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. ET on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed later ship the next business day.
Delivery
- Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2 business days where available
- Delivery areas will be confirmed before ordering opens
- International shipping and freight-forwarder delivery are not confirmed
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the label is created. Signature may be required on higher-value devices.
Lost or damaged shipments
Report a lost or damaged shipment within 14 days of the expected delivery date through the Contact page or by calling Customer Service. We will file the carrier claim and replace the order.
