Shipping Policy
How Nexoria Wireless devices and SIM cards are shipped once ordering opens.
Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. ET on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed later ship the next business day.
Delivery
- Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2 business days where available
- Delivery areas will be confirmed before ordering opens
- International shipping and freight-forwarder delivery are not confirmed
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the label is created. Signature may be required on higher-value devices.
Lost or damaged shipments
Report a lost or damaged shipment within 14 days of the expected delivery date to support@nexoriawireless.com and we will file the carrier claim and replace the order.
