Device Warranty

Warranty coverage depends on whether the device is sold as new, renewed, or refurbished.
New devices
Covered by the manufacturer's standard limited warranty, typically 12 months from purchase, against defects in materials and workmanship.
Renewed and refurbished devices
Covered by a Nexoria limited warranty of 90 days from delivery against functional defects. Renewed devices are professionally inspected, tested, cleaned, and confirmed clear for activation. Cosmetic wear is normal and is not a defect.
Not covered
- Liquid damage, cracked glass, and physical or impact damage
- Unauthorized repair, unlocking, or software modification
- Normal battery capacity loss over time
- Lost or stolen devices
Filing a claim
Use the Contact page or call Customer Service with your order number, device IMEI and a description of the issue. Approved claims are repaired or replaced with an equivalent device.
